Privacy policy

Provisional version, pending legal review.

This is a provisional version, published on 8 October 2026 to go with the Trezora Private Beta form. It describes only what this website does with your data today.

The final document is under legal review and will be published on this same page, with its date. Until then, any question about personal data is answered in writing.

Who is the controller

The data controller is Trezora Fintech SL, Spanish tax ID (CIF) B75744854, with registered address at Calle Zorrilla 21, Madrid, Spain.

For any question about your data you can write to Info@trezora.org.

What data we process

When you join the Trezora Private Beta waitlist we collect your email address, the language you use the site in, the page you sent the form from, the date and time of the submission, your approximate IP address and the browser you use.

We also keep a record of your consent: the text you accepted, its version and the moment you did so. It is what lets us show that it was you who signed up.

As of the date of this version the site uses no analytics or advertising cookies, and the form asks for no financial or identity data.

What for, and on what legal basis

We use your email to manage the waitlist, to let you know about access to the new platform and to send you communications about the product.

The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time from the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us; withdrawing it does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out until then.

If you receive an email asking you to confirm your address, we will not send you anything else until you confirm it.

For how long

We keep your email for as long as the waitlist is active and you have not withdrawn your consent.

The consent record is kept, blocked, for as long as it takes to be able to evidence it to whoever is entitled to ask.

Who has access to your data

Your data is stored only in Brevo, the email platform we use, based in France, which acts as a processor under contract. The form is processed on servers located in the European Union that keep no copy of what you send.

We do not sell or hand your data to third parties. We would only disclose it to a public authority if a legal obligation required us to.

Your rights

You can access your data, rectify it, erase it, object to the processing, restrict it, request its portability and withdraw your consent by writing to Info@trezora.org.

If you believe we have not honoured your rights, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).

Status of this document
